These control which sign-up spots the volunteer page shows for this event. Every position except Clean-Up also gets a trainee spot automatically. Report time is shown on the volunteer page and in reminder emails; doors is 30 min before a movie and 60 min before a live event.

A snapshot is kept automatically when someone starts making changes — roughly one per editing session (newest 10). Restoring publishes that version right away; the version being replaced is snapshotted first, so a restore can itself be undone.

The list of series tags staff can choose from when editing an event. Managing them here keeps series consistent — renaming or deleting a tag updates every event that uses it.

The carousel on the public Monthly Schedules page. Months run themselves: the current and next month publish automatically as print-ready schedules generated from the live event data (rows marked AUTO below), and roll over on their own. Further-out months with events appear unpublished — flip one on to publish it early. Touch an AUTO row (or upload a custom PNG/JPG/PDF for it) and it becomes a pinned entry you fully control. Changes save immediately; unpublished months stay hidden from the public page. Save PNG downloads a month as a 1700×2200 image for the lobby TV posterboards that aren't on the signage system yet.
